Custom glass installations other than automotive, that are scheduled for weekend installation must be paid for UPFRONT to secure the order, being that the order is Custom ordered for that customers desires only and cannot be returned. All emergency calls are to be paid upfront or on site. For weekend auto glass installations, glass must be ordered by Friday 4:00 P.M. to ensure delivery by Friday and installation the weekend, as supplier does not deliver on Saturdays. We accept glass and autoglass requests for order and next day installation up until 3:00 a.m. , however no order is secure until stock availability has been confirmed, delivery has arrived, and you have been notified.
